Insulated + Heated Water Tanks for Cold Weather
PHIL Insulated & Heated Water Tanks for Cold Weather Climates are specifically designed to house the water pump and all necessary valving within the confines of the water tank footprint, in an external, man-accessible compartment. The tank structure includes a three-layer sandwiched double-wall skin providing excellent insulation, minimizing the chances of the internal water freezing. For use in ultra-extreme environments, such as when our tanks are used in building remote ice roads in Alaska and in Canada, or within large arctic mines, which are meant to keep the water and plumbing from becoming frozen in environments as cold as -40° F/C.
