Warranty Policies + Procedures
Philippi-Hagenbuch, Inc. (PHIL) engineers and manufactures the highest quality equipment for off-highway haul trucks for the mining, aggregate, steel mill, refuse and power plant industries available. While our attention to quality and detail are second to none, on the rare occasion that something occurs to our equipment, we offer the following warranties. Please consult your quotation and/or Order Confirmation to determine which warranty policy is applicable to your specific order. If in doubt, please contact your PHIL Account Manager.
Prior to beginning any warranty related work that might be billable to PHIL, other than where allowed for by prior written agreement, PHIL, without exception, must be contacted for authorization and correct repair procedures.

Standard & Extended Autogate® Tailgate Warranty
Six (6) month limited product warranty is standard for each Autogate® Tailgate from date of product delivery to first purchaser covering product defects in the product supplied by Philippi-Hagenbuch, Inc with a 3-year extended warranty option available.
HiVol® Body Warranty
Twelve (12) month limited product warranty from date of product delivery to first purchaser covering product defects in the product supplied by Philippi-Hagenbuch, Inc.
Parts Warranty
Ninety (90) day limited parts warranty from date of product shipment to first purchaser covering product defects in the product supplied by Philippi-Hagenbuch, Inc.
Rear Eject Body & Trailer Warranty
Twelve (12) month limited HiVol® Rear Eject Body & Trailer warranty from date of product delivery to first purchaser covering product defects in the product supplied by Philippi-Hagenbuch, Inc.
Rear Eject Body with Material Spreader Warranty
Twelve (12) month limited HiVol® Rear Eject Body & Material Spreader warranty from date of product delivery to first purchaser covering product defects in the product supplied by Philippi-Hagenbuch, Inc.
Bottom Dump Trailer Warranty
Twelve (12) month limited Bottom Dump Trailer warranty from date of product delivery (or installation if PHIL turn-key installation is taken) to first purchaser covering product defects in the product supplied by Philippi-Hagenbuch, Inc.
Water Tank Warranty
USA Domestic Three (3) year structural warranty from the date of Water Tank shipment plus a One (1) year warranty on components. International Two (2) year structural warranty from the date of Water Tank shipment plus a One (1) year warranty on components.
